Would you like to have a light but tasty dinner? The most famous dish worldwide is the roasted chicken with vegetables! This dish is really nutrient since it contains proteins and fibers, contributing to improve your diet.  The recipe is easy to prepare and requires 30 minutes of preparation in addition to 3 hours of cooking time. The cost to produce this recipe is low as all the ingredients are affordable. You just need one whole chicken, 3 carrots, 1 fennel, 1 leek, 4 potatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, salt, rosemary, extra virgin olive oil, water.  The first step of the recipe is marinating the chicken with some rosemary for some days, then we can add some the garlic inside and salt it both internally and externally. Now we put the chicken in the circulating oven at 120°C for 1 hour and half and in the meanwhile let’s prepare the vegetables and bleach them. Then mix all together in the tray and leave in the oven for an additional 1 hour and 15 minutes.
